Customers

The section where you can individually view your customers’ information.

You can access their personal data (they have previously provided) and also their payment, product and subscription information.

You must enter the "customers" section (within the upper menu), where will see a list of all your customers, ordered according to their creation date.

Customers’ information

User's individual information:

  • ID (unique ID in Rebill).
  • Name.
  • Email (customer's email address).
  • Created at (timestamp on the date your customer was created in Rebill's system).
  • Type and number of document.
  • City, state / region/ province and country.
  • Address.
  • Phone (customer's phone number).

Payment and subscription information

Unique payments

One-time payments (for one single single product / service sles).

  • ID (unique ID of Rebill’s transaction).
  • Title (transaction name).
  • Amount (payment amount).
  • Created at (timestamp on the date your customer created the transaction).

Cycle subscriptions

Payments by cycles (installments).

  • ID (unique ID of Rebill’s transaction).
  • Status.
  • Title (transaction name).
  • Amount (payment amount).
  • Frequency (payment frequency, if daily, monthly, bimonthly, etc).
  • Price type.
  • Remaining cycles (payments that remain to be paid).
  • Start date.
  • Next charge date (when the next payment will be debited).
  • Balance.

Recurring subscriptions

Data referring to the subscriptions of that client.

  • ID (unique ID of Rebill’s transaction).
  • Status.
  • Title (transaction name).
  • Amount (payment amount).
  • Frequency (payment frequency, if daily, monthly, bimonthly, etc).
  • Price type.
  • Start date.
  • Next charge date (when the next payment will be debited).
  • Balance.

Card information

Additionally, you can view the data of all the cards linked to that customer, those that were used to make at least one payment.

Edit customer subscription

Also, if a client specially requested it, you can modify specific aspects of a given subscription: status, price, payment frequency and payment method. How can you do it?

In the list of recurring subscriptions, choose the subscription you want to modify and then click on “edit”. You can even manually cancel or pause the subscription.
