Soft Descriptor

Customize the name with which your clients view your charges in their card statements.

Customer's trust in your brand is key. Not only it is a difficult thing to build, something that takes time and holds true value for sustained growth. It is also an asset for avoiding chargebacks.

One way to significantly reduce -and even avoid- chargebacks, is by customizing the name that appears on your customers' credit card statements. By doing so, you can make it easier for your customers to recognize and understand their transactions, reducing the risk of confusion or disputes.

For doing this, you only need to access the settings view, located in the user dropdown menu.

Once there, you will be able to set a custom soft descriptor.
